USCLUBLAX.com Releases New Website

US Club Lax, the leader in the lacrosse community to obtain travel club information from tournaments, club teams and rankings, is pleased to announce the relaunch of its website USCLUBLAX.com. Aside from some aesthetic upgrades to the site, we have improved our club team directory, tournament search page and our club team rankings pages. Our hope is that the upgrades we have made will continue to bring more transparency to the lacrosse community that will ultimately result in a more competitive and fun lacrosse experience played across the nation.

CLUBS

Our Club team directory page allows users to look up the various clubs across the nation and even filter by state. Individual teams have been linked to these clubs and further information can be found by clicking on the link to the club team page. If you are unable to view your team, it may not be associated with a Club yet, but may be able to be found by utilizing the search bar function in the upper right hand corner of the page.

If you see that a mistake has been made from your club or wish to have your club listed, please feel free to contact us directly.

TOURNAMENTS

Our Tournament page allows all tournament directors to list their events at no cost. We want it to be easy for club directors to find events that best suit their club and easily register.

Tournament directors can contact us directly to post their event.

RANKINGS

Visitors to our site can now go beyond the top 100 teams in each age level and compare them based on record, average goal differential, strength of schedule, and overall ratings.US CLUB LAX uses a power rating algorithm to create its rankings, which are sorted by graduating class level and gender. US Club Lax’s ratings are mathematically computed based on game results in the system with no subjective weighting or human input.

Once we noticed that the founder of Laxpower and founder of MYHockey Rankings combined their 40+ years of experience in ranking youth sports to create the current trusted High School State ranking system through LaxNumbers.com, it only made sense for US Club Lax to adapt a tested and trusted algorithm. The new algorithm is considered by high school lacrosse governing bodies, the Ontario Lacrosse Association, the Alberta Lacrosse Association and USA Hockey to be the gold standard in youth sports rankings for the past 20 years. The change will also provide the lacrosse community with a consistent ratings system between high school and club lacrosse.

Stay tuned as we will be releasing our next rankings in early June and will continue to update on a weekly basis throughout the duration of the club lacrosse annual season that runs from September 1st-August 31st.

Want to learn more about how the rankings are computed? Then visit our FAQ page where we go into further detail. Also, if you notice that we are missing a game or have the wrong score, feel free to submit it for review with proper evidence to support.

We appreciate your continued support and hope that you stay up to date by following us on our social media pages throughout the season.
