Mid-Season #1 - Girls Hero's Green (2025)

The Hero's Green (2025) girls lacrosse team is a strong club team that has come together across 17 different high schools across Maryland and Pennsylvania.

The Hero’s Green team is out of Baltimore, Maryland and is currently ranked #1 in the 2025 class with a record of 8-0-2. They are coached by Mike Kelleher and Katherine Golladay.

Coach Kelleher has been with this team from their inaugural year and has been coaching girls lacrosse for more than 10 years. He has five children, including three daughters that currently play in the Hero’s girls program. Kelleher is a graduate from the University of Maryland where he played rugby for the Terps.

“We are looking forward to a great freshman year of high school for these girls and know that many will compete for varsity spots on their teams. We are also looking to build on a great fall and carry that into an important summer season,” Kelleher said.

Coach Golladay played lacrosse at the University of Maryland and has coached the 2025 Hero’s Green team for three years now.

The Hero’s Green team will be traveling to play at Live Love Lax Tournament, Summer Genesis Tournament, the Great 8 Tournament, Lax for the Cure Tournament, and the Mid-Atlantic Summer Club Championships Tournament.

It will be a great summer for this squad, and with the leadership of Kelleher and Golladay, they will be defending that #1 overall ranking throughout the course of these events.
