Owen is a smooth dodging lefty attackman with a great feel for using his defenseman's leverage against him. He has a good rollback dodge when his man overplays him, and is crafty when splitting a double team. He has good field vision and is strong on the ride. He needs to work on his off hand to be more of a dodging threat
