Josey is an exciting player to watch. She has a hard outside shot with speed to cage. Her ability to have quick reactions inside the 8 enable her to finish in tight. She has great hustle on the 50/50 balls on the draw circle and keeps her head up in transition for the fast break. Her 1v1 footwork in dodging is excellent and recognizes when to give a pinpoint feed to an open teammate. Josey will continue to push her creativity with her shot selections of BTB and utilizing her left hand even more to be more dynamic. She moves well off ball and cuts hard with a change of speed making it difficult for defense to cover her
