Ava is a sensational player. Her quick hands and good form getting her body behind the ball and stick to the ground on low shots between the pipes are second to none. She is fearless and attacks the ball as it’s coming towards her. She is fast and will follow the shot behind cage to the end line to win possession for her team. Her ability to give long clears towards the 50-yard line and the accuracy of her passes are tremendous. She understands when to clear ball out quick to push the fast break and when to be patient. She handles pressure with ball outside the goal circle very well. She will continue to read the situation and test the timing of jumping a pass since it has a big reward of an interception, but also a risk for getting out of her set position in goal
