Margaret (Maggie) is a defender that does well disrupting her opponent’s plays. She has great footwork in staying matched up in her 1v1 defense. Her relentless hustle in pressuring out and getting in her opponent’s hands causing turnovers is fantastic. She is quick to recognize a fast break and has solid defensive positioning to drive her opponent out with no fouls. She will continue to work on handling the ball under pressure and utilizing her outside hand away from her opponents. Maggie is exceptional at making her competitor feel uncomfortable and not allowing her time or space to operate to get open or feed. She keeps her head on a swivel and is always checking to see if she needs to slide to ball or pick up an open cutter.
