Jermaine is a super athletic LSM who plays better fundamental defense than a lot of young LSMs. He’s physical and uses his body more than his stick to cause turnovers, which is a great place to start. He’s good in transition and on the ground. I'd like to see him add some more checks to his game to keep offensive players more on edge when he’s on ball.
