Josh has great technique in the cage, staying big in net on shots in tight and not trying to guess where shots are going. He stays tall and only goes to the ground on low shots, instead of guessing low by default. He has a good sense of the field on clears and can move around out of the cage to give his team time to get their personnel on the field. I'd like to see him start transition more by hitting middies over the top right off a save.
