Kye is an athletic and smart defenseman who uses his athletic ability to hound his man all over the field. He has good footwork and defensive fundamentals, not relying solely on takeaway checks to make a difference. I think his athleticism and stick work makes him a better fit at LSM, but he has a bright future if he keeps improving.
