Ivan is a smaller attackman, but he makes up for it with his lacrosse IQ and shooting ability. He is very good at finding space for himself off ball, and always keeps his head up looking for his teammates.He is one of those players that every coach loves, constantly moving and working like crazy to keep the offensive flow moving. With continued work on his off hand and doding ability, he will eventually become a complete attackman that will be hard to stop.
