Bailey is a quality defender. Her ability to hustle off the draw circle for 50/50 ground balls with her quick reaction time is superb. She has great stick handling and handles pressure well while clearing the ball. Her excellent speed helps her to clear the ball well and pressure out on defense with great footwork. She will continue to move the ball more efficiently in transition and utilize her non-dominant hand more when being defended in the ride. Bailey has solid 1v1 defense as she holds her space, forces her opponents out of the critical scoring area, and creates multiple caused turnovers.
