Kate is a solid goalie. She has excellent versatility in utilizing both of her hands to clear. She is comfortable out of the cage and hustles for 50/50 ground balls. Her ability to be patient on her clears while attackers jump her goal circle demonstrates her composure. Kate tracks and steps towards the ball well getting her body behind the shot. She will continue to jump start her offense with long clears to her midfielders to push a fast break and training her reaction time for even quicker hands.
