Cooper is a tall lefty goalie which can throw off shooters. He does a good job of matching stick angle on shots in close, leading to a lot of crease stuffs. He seems hesitant to push the ball up field on the clear, which is something he can work to improve. If he adds that facet to his game, he can be a threat to start transition off a save.
