Sophia is a great goalie. She has good reaction time in getting off a quick clear whether it’s low at GLE or above the 30-yard line to jump start the offense. She does an excellent job reading her opponents’ moves and intercepts feeds from X. She has a quick first step and is patient on shots in tight inside the 8. She will continue to work on trapping the ball in her stick to not allow the other team another opportunity to shoot again. Her hustle to chase the ball behind gains her team possession and creates another caused turnover.
