Ainsley is a valuable attacker. She is effective on her dodges with a quick first step and sealing her defender off behind her to finish strong on cage with good shot placement. She displays good field vision scanning the 8 for cutters and being actively a threat while giving a precise feed. Her ability to use both hands is good and will continue to push her creativity on shot selection. Ainsley should also improve upon her communication in her defensive double teams in the ride. Her excellent speed accelerating through ground balls and weaving through traffic in the midfield in transition is superb. She moves well off ball space to create a lane to cage for her scoring opportunities. She contributes to the redefend with clean checks and good defensive positioning to create caused turnovers.
