Samantha’s approach to making saves is extremely intimidating. She plays a higher arc where she approaches her opponents with confidence and poise, not biting on a fake or jumping, but remaining stoic and then exploding to make the save. She plays with such a quiet confidence which leads to her teammates being confident in her as well. Samantha does a great job of reading the shot, knowing where the rebound is going and tracking it down herself. If she can work on her footwork and use her athleticism even more to her advantage then she will do great things as a college goalkeeper.
