Sophia is a pest of a defender in the best way possible for her team and the worst way for opponents. She is a true defender who can get the job done. She is extremely aggressive on ball and knows how to use her stick to disrupt passes and shots and then can pick up the groundball and safely transition it to her teammates on the offensive end. She would be a great match up defender at the collegiate level if she can continue to work on her stick skills and speed.
