Ireland is an attacker who makes things happen. She is a great 1v1 dodger, but can also work a two-man game setting her up for a fancy finish on top of the crease. She is hungry for the ball and wants it in her stick, riding all the way to the opposite 30 to cause the turnover and create a fast break opportunity for her team. If she can become more versatile by working on her non-dominant hand she could really make a difference as a collegiate lacrosse player.
