Cecelia is a player so can be counted on to help her team secure the win. She is hungry for the cage and will put herself in any position necessary to get there. She can be an inside player or an outside player and she is hard to stop from either spot. If she can build on her explosiveness and focus on offense she could see herself in some man-up offensive situations in college.
