Grace is a spectacular midfielder. She is quick off the draw circle to push a fast break with a give and go. Also, her grit on 50/50 balls and being active in redefending to gain her team with possession is superb. Her ability to utilize both hands interchangeably makes it difficult for opponents to guard her since she drives hard to cage in her 1v1’s with good shot placement. She demonstrates a good change of speed and direction to get open inside the 8 with her cuts off-ball, effective dodges and stick handling skills. Grace has good defensive positioning in 1v1’s and comes away with clean takeaways in checks and knockdowns. She will continue to push her creativity on the offensive end in her shot selection and showcase more of her defensive talents in team defense.
