Marisa has a quick reaction time in redefending to create multiple caused turnovers and capitalize with either a goal or assist for her team’s success. Her hustle and gritty circle play off the draw and ability to utilize both hands makes her a dual threat. She drives hard to cage in her 1v1 matchups and is creative with her precise shot selections. Marisa has good anticipation of where the ball is going on settled defense to gain interceptions and solid 1v1 defense in applying high pressure on ball. She will continue to diversify and highlight more of her defensive talents in team defense with slides, double teams, fielding cutters, etc.
