She has good anticipation of sliding to ball on team defense to ensure her teammate doesn’t get beat in a 1v1. She does a great job matching sticks on 8 meters to deflect the shot. Her hustle on 50/50 ground balls is superb. Her solid 1v1 defense is textbook while holding her space and driving her opponent out. Sofia will continue to utilize her non-dominant more to be a dual threat when clearing the ball and fine tune her stick skills.
