Lily is a reliable midfielder and draw specialist. She demonstrates a sharp Lax IQ being deceptive and quick to gain interceptions to capitalize with a goal. She moves well off-ball by slipping into space and creating scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates. She drives hard to cage in her 1v1’s with well-placed shots. She has good field vision in transition seeing her open teammates and assisting with accurate feeds. Her effectiveness at the draw and on 50/50 ground balls are superb. She applies good defensive pressure to make her opponents not feel comfortable causing multiple turnovers. Lily will continue to work on utilizing her non-dominant hand more to be a dual threat and highlighting more of her defensive talents.
