Joseph is a taller defender who uses his size and reach to his advantage. He uses his stick to keep his man at a distance, forcing them to move the ball before they're ready. He reaches a little bit sometimes, and I'd like to see him do a better job of keeping his feet moving as opposed to trying to use his stick to turn his man back.
