Robbie is a bigger bodied lefty goalie, which can throw shooters off right from the start. He uses his angles well, using a higher arc when necessary to make himself look bigger in net. He has solid technique as well; there isn't a lot of wasted movement in his game. Like a lot of young goalies, he tends to sink low and try to explode up to high shots. As shooters get better, he may want to adjust that to avoid getting burned by top corner shots.
