Will is mostly a catch and finish threat at this point in his development. He is very good at it though, and does a great job finding space for himself around the crease. He understands that placement is more important than power at that distance, and can catch and finish with either hand. While he is very skilled at what he does, I'd like to see him grow his skillset and become multi-dimensional as he grows and develops.
