AJ is an athletic and physical defenseman who I think is a better fit at LSM. He likes getting out and running in transition, and is good on ground balls. He has the stick skills to be a threat with the ball. AJ falls into the trap that a lot of young LSMs do, he relies too much on takeaway checks as opposed to moving his feet and staying in front of his man. He has the physical tools, so if he cleans that up he will be a solid player.
