Colton is a shifty and athletic middie with a great shot on the run. He has a quick first step, and seems to dance around his defenders when he dodges. His ability to use his off hand helps create even more space for him since defenders can't cheat to one side. He's also effective on the faceoff wing and in the transition game, adding to his versatility. I'd like to see Colton continue to improve as a feeder.
