Liam is an aggressive defender who will run with his man all over the field and does a good job of keeping his stick on hands. He is athletic in transition and has good stick control, although some of his passes can be suspect. He also needs to work a little harder at keeping his man behind when they drive from X or the low wing, but he has the athleticism to make that adjustment.
