Will is a taller pole with good reach who has a nice push/back check combo. He has the athleticism and stick skills to run the field in transition, and looks more like an LSM at this point in his career. He needs to work harder at keeping his man away from danger areas, he relies a little too much on the recovery checks. He gets his body turned instead of staying square to his man, and has to throw the big takeaway check to recover.
