Rhea is a skilled defender. She does an excellent job moving off-ball and keeping her head on a swivel to slide quickly and crash early on team defense, especially when man-down fielding cutters. Her great hustle on 50/50 ground balls while boxing out and accelerating out of pressure with good stick handling skills is superb. Rhea has solid 1v1 defense as she pressures out on the ball carrier with good positioning and quick footwork. Her communication skills are key when staying in a double team and coming away with clean checks to create caused turnovers. She displays great Lacrosse IQ when her opponent is setting picks and switching by recognizing it early and stepping up towards the player to not be cut off. Rhea will continue to utilize her non-dominant more to be a dual threat when clearing the ball and fine tune her stick skills.
