Diesel is a very physical SSDM with a nose for the ball. He throws good checks even with a short stick, and causes quite a few turnovers. He is athletic in transition, and has the stick skills to be a threat on the offensive end. He needs to be careful how much he commits to those stick checks, if he doesn't keep his feet moving it's easy to get himself out of position.
