Ellie is an excellent midfielder. She showcases her grit at the draw making it look routine-like securing her team possession consistently. Her strong drives and well-placed shots on cage make it difficult to guard her. She moves very well off ball creating scoring opportunities for herself and her teammate. Defensively she has good positioning and handles clearing the ball efficiently up field. Ellie also does a fantastic job of driving her opponents away from goal with quick footwork and getting in their hands. Ellie will continue to highlight more of her defensive talents in 1v1 matchups and team defense as well as keep fine tuning her non-dominant hand.
