Kylee is a fantastic defender. She has excellent anticipation of where the ball is going and earns multiple interceptions and causes turnovers. She is a ground ball magnet with her good positioning and hustling away from pressure. Her head is always on a swivel when clearing the ball into the offensive end to be an option for a give and go as she takes it to cage or assisting a teammate. Kylee does a good job of slowing a fast break by getting in the player’s hands and applying pressure out away from the 8-meter until her defense has numbers. She is a great ball handler with her ability to utilize both hands well to evade opponents. Kylee will continue to highlight more of her defensive slides as well as fine tuning her footwork to stay matched with even the shiftiest opponents.
